IMPORTANT INFORMATION    

• Places must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Refunds will not be given for non-attendance unless 48 hours notice is given.
• Changing dates or booking extra days:  24 hours notice must be given to a member of staff or you can leave a message on the office answer phone:  Telephone number:  01892 784 342

*  Please note that some trips take all day, so full sessions must be booked for these days.

• Doors open at 9.00am.  Children will not be admitted before this time as we are only insured between 9.00am and 6.00pm.
• If children are not picked up by 6.00pm, an additional charge of £5.00 will be incurred.
• Food:  Please provide your child with a packed lunch and drink each day.  A light tea – sandwiches, pizzas, etc is provided each afternoon.
• Clothing:  Please ensure that the children have suitable clothing for the activities and weather – ie wellies, coats, rain jackets, hats, gloves, sunhats, sun cream, etc.
• Trips:  Extra charges are applicable to some trips.  Places are limited so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.  The children may wish to bring some pocket money.  A maximum of £3.00 in a  named purse is suggested.
• The children are taken on trips by minibus driven by a qualified driver.  All seats have belts.  If appropriate, public transport may also be used.
• If we do have an up-to-date trips medical consent form for your child, you will be sent one for completion. This must be returned before the holiday activities begin.
