Revised proposals for the erection of a replacement dwelling originally permitted
by WD/2007/2107/F
See our comments dated 28 July which are broadly still applicable except for the last paragraph. In addition clearly the extra height of the ridge necessitated by the provision of a room In the roof (i.e. now 2 storey dwelling) will make the building more prominent.
WD/2008/0136/F Yew Tree Farm, Dewhurst Lane
New replacement dwelling and garage, variation of previously approved design.
No objection in principle provided that the District Council monitors the construction sufficiently to ensure that the materials and detail design referred to in the Design and Access Statement are strictly adhered to.
It is noted that the drawing indicates two “bedroom 5” and that there are in fact 7 bedrooms and not 6

No objection in principle but regret that the proposal does little to improve the appearance of the single storey extension We do not understand the reference to the proposed new boundary indicated on the block plan.
