WD/2007/0406/F Land at Rathronan, Mount Pleasant, Durgates
Erection of one dwelling house on land within the curtilage of Rathronan.
Cllr Mamlok withdrew at 9.35 and returned at 9.50.
No objection.
WD/2007/0211/F Tiffins, Mayfield Lane
Demolition of existing house and garage to be replaced with a new build five
bedroom two storey house with basement and erection of new double garage.
Strongly object. The application includes a garage for which no plans were available.The drawings are also confusing in that No. 7090/04 appears to indicate a garage adjoining the house but on the block plan it is shown detached from the house. Also the outline of the existing building on the above drawing does not relate to that shown on the block plan. Further the overall increase in floor area over the original building plus the approved extension is approximately 15%. We are therefore concerned that these incremental increases would conflict with the requirements of the local plan policy

Wd/2007/0342/F Wadhurst Castle
Alterations to fenestration of buildings granted planning permission for change
of use to B1/B8 use. Amendment to planning permission WD/01/1442/F
No objection.
WD/2007/0461/F Windmill Farm, Windmill Lane
Demolish existing single storey extensions and replace with a two storey extension
and central atrium. Demolish existing tired barn and stable block and build
a new 3 bay garage with home office over. External softening of landscape
and new turning area.
No objection
WD/2007/0598/F Carnleigh, Mount Pleasant
Ground floor front extension with basement games room, two storey corner in-fill
extension and a loft conversion
Strongly object The south elevation is aesthetically unacceptable particularly the fake pitched roof over the family area. In addition the elevations are inaccurate in that they do not indicate the sloping ground to the south west.
WD/2006/3566 Newlands Farm, Dewhurst Lane
Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement dwelling and detached
garage.
Our previous comments still apply as the documents attached to the WDC
note dated 19.02.7. Did not provide the information requested and the booklet
referred to in the above not was not included..It was not possible to speak
to Miss Murphy as she was on holiday but it is understood that a recommendation
for refusal has already been made.
