Erection of domestic wind turbine

No objection. As a similar application on the same site had already been approved by the District Council why is a fresh application necessary ?

WD/2007/0423/F  Walland Oast, Brinkers Lane
Alterations to ground and first floor and glazed enclosure of existing ground floor deck

No objection.

WD/2007/0481/F  Beals Barn Gardens, Bewl Bridge Lane
General purpose barn for horticultural nursery.

No objection. It is noted that there is an existing Nissen hut on site but this is not shown on the block plan.

WD/2007/0496/F Upper Walland Farm
New stable block on site of existing pole barn.

No objection.

WD/2007/0059/F The Old Forge Building, The Forge Cottage, St. James’ Square.
Alterations, single storey extension and change of use to restaurant.
Cllr. Bell withdrew at 9.30 whilst this was being discussed and returned at 9.40 am
