Although this is a reduction of area of the previous application we are
concerned that the proposals still represents a 100% increasing in floor
area over the original dwelling and therefore contravenes the local plan
policy DC19 (3) and consequently should be refused. In addition it is considered
that the Kentish ragstone cladding is inappropriate in this area.
