Demolition of existing garage and glasshouse buildings. Erection of replacement garage and separate outbuilding, associated walls, gates and works.

No objection.

WD/2007/2247/F  Walland Oast, Brinkers Lane
Alterations to ground and first floor and glazed enclosure of existing ground floor deck. New entrance porch and bay window.

No objection.

WD/515/CM  Rock Robin Scrapyard, Three Oaks lane
Construction of concrete hard standing for car breaking.

We are concerned that noise from the car breaking activities may be detrimental to the amenities of the adjoining Rock Robin Cottages. and that oil and other fluids may pollute the existing water course, and therefore we strongly object.
