WADHURST UNITED CHARITIES

The Trustees of Wadhurst United Charities hereby announce an Almshouse vacancy in Sparrows Green.  This cottage style property has two bedrooms and a bathroom up steep stairs on the first floor with kitchen, shower room with W.C. and living room on the ground floor. Applications for the tenancy are invited from people living within the Parishes of Wadhurst and Tidebrook.

Wadhurst and Ticehurst are well provided with welfare services of all kinds - some through our local authorities and others run by a small army of volunteers

All the volunteer organisations are in need of help - either with funds or with people prepared to give of their time to assist others

So why not join in - one day you may need the help that is so willingly given today by the local core of workers, many with full time jobs. But if they can find time for others - so can you

• WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP PEOPLE FROM THE COMMUNITY?
• ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE SIX HOURS PER WEEK?

We are offering full training and ongoing support.  You can train at your own speed (flexible hours)
