Local dance club, Aerodance has been running classes for children at Uplands Sports Centre, Wadhurst for over 4 years. Girls and boys of 2-17 years can join in the fun, without the pressure of exams.

Aerodance has developed a syllabus which is creative in its approach. Kidz sessions still use the discipline of dance with highly trained and experienced teachers who inspire them to love dance.

Aerodance is the fun way to fitness, also running classes for women throughout the week, day and evening, at other locations. At the core of the Aerodance philosophy is the desire to achieve a blend of a truly fun night out with a thorough workout, learning choreographed dance routines to a variety of music, ranging from current chart hits to West End musicals to 70’s and 80’s disco classics.
