Buttons Barn offers luxurious self catering accommodation for up to four people in a beautiful and very secluded rural location yet within easy reach of central London.

The Barn is available on a daily, short break or weekly basis and prices start at less than £18 per person per night based on four people staying for one week in low season.

This large and sympathetically converted 16th century barn nestles in the tiny hamlet of ‘Buttons’ in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Quiet and unspoilt, the detached barn is set within quarter of an acre of private garden with a shallow babbling stream alongside the west wall.

The barn has huge original oak beams and vaulted ceilings, oak floors, oak doors and double glazed oak windows.   The property is furnished with antiques yet is extremely relaxed, comfortable and unfussy with feather cushion sofas and deep pile rugs.

There are two double bedrooms with lots of exposed beams;. one has a king sized carved oak bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.  The second has a 17th century carved oak double bed and an adjacent large bathroom with a Victorian roll top bath and floor standing taps with shower fitting.   All linen, bedding and bathroom towels are provided and each bathroom contains a welcome pack of exquisite hand made aromatherapy soaps, exclusive shampoo, bath and shower gels.

The kitchen and living area has a high vaulted ceiling displaying the enormous original roof timbers.  The living room has twin settees, an lcd flat screen TV with integral freeview, a CD player with MP3 and DAB radio and a small selection of CDs.  There is a telephone and broadband internet access.
